Plain City Free Clinic
Description - Supported and encouraged by The Plain City Church Fellowship. Provides non-emergency medical services to residents of Jonathan Alder and Fairbanks school districts. For persons without health insurance and with income of 200% of federal poverty level and below.
Location- 480 S. Jefferson Avenue #500, Plain City (in the medical office of Dr. John Adams)    
Day/Duration - Most Saturdays from 9 am to 11 am. Also other times possible. Appointments are necessary!

Description - Assists Union County and surrounding area churches to initiate and/or maintain health ministries within their churches. Health ministries promote health and wellness within their congregations. They utilize health bulletin boards; insert health-related articles in church newsletters or bulletins; provide free blood pressure and blood glucose screenings; sponsor health-related programs with the church; and serve as a source for community resources and referrals to support groups. We focus on care of the body, mind and spirit.
